Job Summery

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

2.Explain company products and services effectively.

3.Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

4.Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback.

5.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

6.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
