Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our immigration consultancy. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining immigration programs, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about visa options (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
