Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.

• Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

• Update customer details and call records in the company system.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
