## Job Role

We are hiring Telecaller Executives for an immediate joining opportunity at VGM Consultants Limited.

## Job Location

Work from Office – Mohali, Punjab

## Hiring Type

Immediate Requirement

## Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound customer calls

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Follow up for payments/services as per process

• Maintain call records and update system data

• Achieve daily calling targets

## Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

• Basic computer knowledge required

## Language Requirement

• Basic English

• Hindi / Punjabi / Haryanvi

## Preferred Candidates

• DRA Certified candidates

• Experience in collections, sales, BPO, or customer support

## Salary

₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month (Based on qualification, experience & certification)

## Requirements

• Age: 18 – 34 Years

• Rotational week off

## Skills Required

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Customer handling ability

• Active listening skills

• Basic MS Office knowledge
