Job Role – Telecaller Executive – Hadapsar, Guru Nanak Nagar, Pune

Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services

Promote domestic retail-related services including housing, shopping, online purchases, and education services

Generate leads and maintain customer relationships

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Follow up with potential customers for conversions

Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
