🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system.

• Follow up with customers regularly for closures.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ For Freshers:

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).

• Confident and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

✅ For Experienced Candidates:

• 6 months – 2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Experience in CRM handling is an advantage.
