Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Consent Calling: Contact customers to obtain confirmation and consent for insurance policies sold.
2. Branch Coordination: Coordinate with branches to manage consent status.
3. Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to insurance processes and follow-ups.
4. Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and status updates.
5. Process Adherence: Ensure all calls and documentation follow compliance and process.
Skills & Competencies Required
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Regional languages are preferable)
• Clear verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability
• Organized and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to manage call targets and follow-ups
