We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Vardaan Neurotherapy Centre. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our therapy services and fixing appointments for centre visits. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to provided leads.
Explain Therapy services in a clear and polite manner.
Convince patient to visit the centre.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain call records and follow-up .
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
Goodcommunication skills(Hindi required, basic English preferred). Confident and convincing personality. Basic knowledge of calling and follow-up process. Experience in telecalling or sales ( preferred but not mandatory).
