We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at V 2 Production .This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. *Lead Generation & Prospecting*
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database to generate insurance leads
• 2. *Product Explanation*
• Explain insurance products clearly - Life, Health, Motor, Investment plans - including benefits, coverage, premium, and terms
• 3. *Customer Consultation*
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable insurance plan as per their needs
• 4. *Follow-ups*
• Do regular follow-ups with interested prospects and nurture leads till conversion
• 5. *Documentation & Data Entry*
• Collect required documents from customers and ensure accurate data entry in CRM
• 6. *Achieve Sales Targets*
• Meet monthly targets for policies sold, premium collection, and conversions
• 7. *Customer Relationship Management*
• Maintain good rapport with customers and handle queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• 8. *Compliance & Process Adherence* :- Follow all IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and sales scripts during calls
• 9. *Reporting* :- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and conversion reports in the system

. Job Requirement

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple task
