Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound fundraising calls

• Explain NGO campaigns & mission

• Maintain donor database

• Achieve targets & follow-ups

• Coordinate with team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic English + Hindi/Marathi

• Confident & persuasive

• Basic computer knowledge

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Days working Rotational Off during the Day shift.
