We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Urban Money (MNC Company) This role involves calling potential customers, explaining banking products, and generating leads for Loans and financial products. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card and banking product sales.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers and assist in the application process.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, banking sales, or credit card sales (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language.

• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with Freshers.
