Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for confident and energetic Kannada-speaking telecallers to handle outbound calls to students and parents regarding college admissions and courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to student leads provided by the company

• Communicate clearly in Kannada with students and parents

• Explain available courses, colleges, and admission procedures

• Understand student needs and guide them appropriately

• Schedule counseling appointments and follow-up calls

• Maintain call records and update lead status regularly

• Meet daily calling and admission targets

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory)

• Basic English communication is an added advantage

• Good convincing and counseling skills

• Polite and professional calling etiquette

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred)

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Any degree / PUC / 12th pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Female candidates preferred (if applicable)

Work Details:

• Job type: Outbound telecalling (Admissions)

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Work mode: Work From Home / Office (as applicable)
