Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the company database and job portals.

• Explain job opportunities and company requirements to candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic eligibility.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment system.

• Update candidate databases and track recruitment progress.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and interview scheduling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.

• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer service, or sales.

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 years of experience.
