Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, communicate effectively with customers, and support business growth by generating leads, providing information, and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
Persuasive and confident communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
