Job Title: Telecaller – International Placement Consultancy

Location:
225, 1st Floor (Right Side), Near DAV School,
PeeraGarhi Village, New Delhi – 110087

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates
Provide accurate information regarding overseas job opportunities
Guide candidates through the application and documentation process
Maintain a database of candidate interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with candidates to ensure timely submission of documents
Build and maintain good relationships with candidates
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple calls and queries efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)

Hiring Details:

Number of Positions: 10–12
Preferred Candidates: Female

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Monday to Saturday
