Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and close sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM

• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries

• Handle customer objections professionally

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)

• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage
