Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality

Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate or sales calling
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
