Telecaller — AIS-140 Renewals (Hubli / Hubballi)

Own the customer from the first call to done — steady, mandatory renewals with strong incentives.

₹12,000 fixed salary + incentives on every renewal. Regular earners take home ₹22,000–₹28,000/month.

About the Role

We are an authorized AIS-140 Vehicle Tracking Certificate Authority. Every commercial vehicle — trucks, buses and yellow-board cabs — must renew its tracking certificate to pass its RTO Fitness Certificate (FC) test.

Working from our Hubli office, you'll call owners whose certificates are about to expire and take them all the way through — explain the renewal, collect payment, issue the certificate, and set up their software login. Because renewal is mandatory, these aren't cold leads: every owner you call already needs exactly what you're offering, and you reach them before anyone else does.

What You'll Do — the full journey

This is a calling-first role: about 70% of your day is on the phone (outbound and inbound), and about 30% is completing each renewal — payment, certificate and login.

• Call vehicle owners from a daily list of soon-to-expire certificates, and answer incoming calls and WhatsApp queries.

• Explain the mandatory AIS-140 renewal in simple terms, quote the price, and handle questions.

• Close the renewal and collect payment over the phone via UPI / WhatsApp link.

• Issue the AIS-140 certificate through our portal and send it to the customer.

• Create the customer's software login and share the details with them.

• Log every call and follow-up so no customer is missed.

You own each customer end to end — one point of contact, start to finish.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent Kannada (must-have); Hindi / English a strong plus.

• Based in Hubli-Dharwad (local candidates strongly preferred).

• Prior tele-calling / tele-sales / BPO / customer-support experience preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer or smartphone app to make calls, take payments, and issue certificates.

• Clear speaker, patient and persuasive on the phone.

• Trustworthy with customer payments and login details; organised and target-driven.

A Big Advantage (Preferred, not mandatory)

• Experience selling or servicing over the phone (insurance, loans, telecom, service renewals).

• Familiarity with the RTO / commercial-vehicle world, or with AIS-140 / FC renewals.

Location & Timings

Office-based in Hubli (Hubballi), full-time. Candidates from Hubli-Dharwad preferred.

Timing: 10 am to 7 pm | 9 am to 6 pm
