We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Thethick Shake Factory Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads generated by Marketing team. Introduce the company’s thick shake products, flavors, and business offerings.Schedule meetings or product discussions for Business Development. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previous conversations. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM or Excel.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
