Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential candidates and employers to share job opportunities

• Explain job roles, company details, and interview processes clearly

• Schedule interviews between candidates and employers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status

• Build and maintain a good relationship with job seekers and clients

• Update call records and candidate details in the database

• Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets

• Handle objections and queries confidently and politely

• Work in a fast-paced placement/recruitment environment

  Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Positive attitude and confident phone presence

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / calling software)

• Ability to handle targets and pressure

• Good listening and interpersonal skills
