JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER (REAL ESTATE RESALE)

Experience: 1–3 Years•

Designation Options:  Telecaller – Real Estate Resale or Tele-Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Role Summary:

Responsible for generating leads, calling prospective buyers, scheduling site visits, and supporting sales closures for real estate resale properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads from CRM, portal leads (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).

• Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects.

• Understand buyer requirements and match suitable resale inventory.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales team.

• Follow up with prospects until closure; maintain high call productivity.

• Update CRM daily with call notes, lead stage, and feedback.

• Handle basic inbound queries regarding property availability.

Required Skills

• Excellent Kannada, Hindi and English communication

• Strong persuasion & follow-up skills

• Real estate resale knowledge

• Lead nurturing ability

• Basic CRM/Excel handling

• Customer service skills

Qualifications

• Graduate/12th Pass

• 1–3 years experience in real estate tele calling (resale preferred)
