Job Summary

Apollo Clinic is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Follow up with patients regarding consultations, health packages, and diagnostic services.

• Resolve patient queries and provide accurate information about clinic services.

• Coordinate with doctors and front office staff for smooth appointment management.

• Maintain patient records and call logs.

• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
