Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and generating potential leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

• Explain products, offers, services, and other relevant information to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

• Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Hindi and Gujarati communication is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Confident and positive attitude.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
