Experience in Tele-Collections or Recovery calling.
2. Hands-on experience in soft collections, delinquency calling, EMI bounce follow-ups, or overdue payment recovery.
3. Candidates with previous experience handling medium to high call volumes in a collections environment.
4. History with proven performance in achieving collection targets and PTP conversions.
5. Familiarity with CRM, dialer systems, collections workflow tools, and daily call tracking dashboards.
6. DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is preferred for additional credibility in collections-related interactions.
Additional Notes:
1. Must have experience handling medium to high volumes of daily calls.
2. Strong communication skills are mandatory - with basic proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is required. Knowledge of Punjabi & Haryanvi will be an added advantage
