T Homes Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company focused on delivering premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain available real estate projects.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information.

• Maintain and update the customer database on a daily basis.

• Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Build positive relationships with potential buyers and ensure excellent customer service.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in real estate telecalling is highly preferred.

• Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle different customer profiles.

• Well-presented and professional conduct.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
