We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Tele-callers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain company products/services, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. Experience in solar, EV, automobile, electrical, electronics, or consumer products will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.

- Explain company products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers and prospects.

- Schedule customer visits, showroom appointments, or sales meetings whenever required.

- Convince and motivate potential customers to take the next step in the sales process.

- Handle customer objections and basic queries professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

- Update customer information in CRM/software or required registers.

- Coordinate with the Sales/Showroom team for lead conversion and follow-up.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.

- Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and conversions.

- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company during every customer interaction.
