• Handle inbound leads/calls received from IndiaMART, the company website, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding the customer's product requirement, quantity, timeline, and budget.
• Share product information, quotations, and samples (in coordination with the Sales Coordinator) with prospective clients.
• Update every call, lead status, and conversation summary in the company CRM/software promptly and accurately.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and confident tone on every call — representing the VOW PACK brand.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets set by the Sales Coordinator.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Dispatch) for order-related queries.
• Maintain healthy long-term relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls.
