We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our education consultancy team. The role involves connecting with students and parents, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them toward suitable courses and services offered by the consultancy. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from students and parents
Explain consultancy services, courses, and admission processes clearly
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with counselors and internal teams for smooth handover
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Good proficiency in English (verbal communication required)
Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or education counseling is an advantage
Age 30 and below
