We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Sterling Financial Services. A Loan Telecaller is a frontline financial services role that connects with prospective or existing customers by phone to promote loan products (such as personal, home, or business loans), generate leads, handle queries, and assist with debt collection. Earn a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹22,000, with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls (often 80–100+ calls per day) to leads, database contacts, or existing bank/NBFC customers. [1]

• Product Pitching & Explaining: Explain loan types (Personal, Home, Car, or Business Loans), interest rates, eligibility rules, tenure options, and required documentation. [1, 2]

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify interested prospects, assist them through initial loan application stages, and hand off warm leads to field sales or processing teams. [1, 2]

• Cross-Selling: Pitch complementary financial products or top-up/personal loan offers to existing account holders. [1]

• Collections & Follow-Ups (if in a collection role): Contact customers with overdue or pending EMIs, negotiate ethical repayment plans, and log payment commitments. [1]

• CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details, and maintain daily tracking sheets or CRM software. [1]

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, conversions, or recovery amounts. [1]

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or a Graduation degree (B.Com, BA, B.Sc, etc.) preferred by most banks and NBFCs.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or financial services (freshers are frequently hired with on-the-job training).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi, English, or regional languages) with a clear, polite, and persuasive tone.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

• Personality Traits: High resilience to rejection, target-driven mindset, active listening, and patience.
