Tele collection / Telesales Executive – Job Description

Position: Tele collection & Telesales Executive
Languages Required:

• Telugu DRA

• Kannada DRA

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Fixed & Rotational
Qualification: Any Degree
Gender: Male & Female

Job Responsibilities

• Handle telecollection and telesales process

• Communicate with customers regarding payments and services

• Follow up with customers through calls

• Maintain customer records and update reports

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

• Provide proper customer support and query resolution

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Telugu or Kannada

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confidence in handling customer calls

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
