Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller for our education services team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, converting enquiries, and providing information about our courses/programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students and parents towards suitable educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain available courses or programs.

• Handle inbound enquiries and maintain professional follow-up until conversion.

• Understand student requirements and guide them with appropriate course recommendations.

• Maintain and update CRM records with call details, feedback, and follow-up status.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

• Build good relationships with leads to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for smooth enrolment processes.

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional activities.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
