Job Description
Shellkube Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our ERP/business management solutions, and generating qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain Shellkube's ERP and business management solutions.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Schedule product demonstrations for interested customers.
Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely information.
