About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales / Business Development Executive for in-house sales focused on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for medical equipment. The role involves reaching out to hospitals, building relationships with biomedical/administration teams, and converting company-provided leads into AMC business.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for medical equipment
Work on company-provided leads and convert inquiries into business
Maintain regular follow-up with hospital purchase teams, biomedical engineers, and administrators
Update lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal service/technical team
Build long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth
Maintain professional communication through calls, email, and WhatsApp
Requirements
Good communication skills in English/Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Experience in medical equipment sales / healthcare B2B sales / inside sales / business development preferred
Comfortable speaking with hospitals and healthcare professionals
Basic knowledge of CRM software, email, and MS Office
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work in-office
