Position Overview

A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers, provide information about products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and track customer interactions.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales growth.

• Build rapport with customers and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

• Persuasive speaking and active listening skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Time management and multitasking ability.
