Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers from the provided customer database.
• Take and confirm customer orders..
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
• Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift
