Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Sj Hr Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹16,500 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Call chemists and pharmacies to promote and sell medicines.
Take and process orders accurately without any discrepancies.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
Maintain records of calls and customer orders.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of medicines or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
