Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Handle Customer Enquiries: Attend incoming and outgoing calls regarding room availability, tariffs, facilities, and hotel services.

2. Generate Leads: Contact potential customers through enquiry databases, online leads, and marketing campaigns.

3. Explain Hotel Services: Provide accurate information about room types, amenities, packages, pricing, and policies.

4. Convert Enquiries into Bookings: Convince interested customers to confirm their room reservations.

5. Follow Up with Customers: Contact prospective customers who have not yet confirmed their bookings.

6. Manage Reservations: Collect guest details and coordinate with the reservation team to confirm bookings.

7. Promote Offers and Packages: Inform customers about special deals, discounts, and available accommodation packages.

8. Maintain Customer Records: Update call logs, enquiry details, booking status, and follow-up information.

9. Resolve Customer Queries: Address basic customer questions and escalate complaints or special requests to the relevant team.

10. Achieve Calling and Sales Targets: Meet assigned daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and booking conversion goals.
