We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team, This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹45,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Explaining Products: Share clear information about features, benefits, and pricing using company scripts.
Understanding Needs: Ask simple questions to find out what the customer wants and suggest the right solution.
Following Up: Call customers back at a scheduled time to check interest or close a sale.
Updating Records: Write down call details, feedback, and lead status accurately in a computer or CRM system.
Meeting Targets: Reach daily or weekly goals for number of calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
Solving Complaints: Handle unhappy clients politely and pass major issues to senior staff when needed
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Age - 20 - 40 The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
