2.      Promotion and Sales: Provide information about the Ayurveda Yoga retreat, its benefits, and details of various packages. Encourage potential clients to sign up for the retreat by highlighting its unique features.

3.      Customer Queries: Address queries and concerns of potential clients. Provide accurate and detailed information about the retreat, accommodations, schedules, and any other relevant details.

4.      Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit the retreat center or to speak with a representative for further clarification.

5.      Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but haven't confirmed their participation. Maintain a record of all interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

6.      Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients who have attended the retreat and provide insights to the management for continuous improvement.

7.      Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:

1.      Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

2.      Product Knowledge: A good understanding of Shathayu Ayurveda Yoga retreat offerings and the ability to convey the benefits convincingly.

3.      Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer concerns and build rapport.

4.      Target-driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5.      Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

6.      Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing strategies and market conditions.
