🎯 What You'll Do

• 📞 Connect with potential customers through outbound calls.

• 💰 Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable loan products.

• 📋 Generate and qualify prospective loan leads.

• 🤝 Build strong relationships with customers and address their queries.

• 🔄 Follow up with customers and convert qualified leads into loan applications.

• 📑 Assist customers throughout the application and documentation process.

• 🚀 Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Verification teams for faster processing.

• 📊 Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly login & disbursement targets.

• 📝 Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/MIS.

⭐ What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.

• Experience in Tele Sales, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Fintech or Insurance will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
