Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with client and team members to achieve business goals.
Collect daily leads from the assigned coordinator.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads.
Track and update telecalling activities regularly.
Ensure proper follow-ups on leads until work orders are successfully closed.
Achieve monthly business targets as assigned by the management.
