Job Overview

Role: Telecaller / Inside Sales Associate
Primary Responsibility: Reaching out to potential B2B clients, introducing our Facility Management & Security services, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Location: West Bengal (Kolkata)

Key Requirements

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
Age: Up to 32 years.
Skills:
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Persuasive speaking skills and a professional phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of data entry (Excel) to maintain calling reports.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
