Job Title: Motor Insurance Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Motor Insurance Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain motor insurance products, and generate leads or close sales over the phone. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing accurate policy information, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding motor insurance policies
Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Follow up with customers for renewals and new policies
Maintain call records and customer details
Requirements:
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of motor insurance (preferred)
Ability to work with targets
Minimum high school education.
