Job Title: Telecaller – Exhibition Stall Design Services

Job Overview

The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting exhibition stall design services. This role involves understanding client requirements for trade shows, exhibitions, and events, and coordinating with the design/sales team to convert inquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (companies participating in exhibitions, trade fairs, expos).

• Handle inbound inquiries related to stall design services.

• Explain company offerings such as custom stall design, fabrication, and installation.

• Generate and qualify leads for the design team.

• Maintain a database of clients, follow-ups, and call records.

• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing and potential clients for upcoming exhibitions.

• Understand client requirements (event type, budget, space size, location).

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English; regional language is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

• Basic computer skills (Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales.

Salary Range (India context)

• ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Incentives based on performance
