Job Title: Female Telecaller & Office Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad (100% Office Desk Work - No Field Work)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 Fixed + Very Attractive Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Call pre-selected customers from our database, explain balance transfers, CIBIL repair, or pre-approved loan offers, and generate interested leads.

• Data Management: Maintain, organize, and update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and official systems (Ruloans / Choice Connect).

• Quality Check: Verify data accuracy, correct formatting errors, and identify reporting irregularities promptly.

• Reporting: Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Confidentiality: Strictly maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal customer information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: 0 - 6 months (Freshers are welcome, full training will be provided by the company).

• Skills: Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi, basic computer knowledge (Excel), attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Salary & Employment Structure:

• Probation Period: This basic salary (₹10,000 - ₹15,000) is for checking initial work and performance. The salary will be reviewed and increased after the probation period based on your performance.

• Commission: Attractive commissions on every successful loan disbursement will be paid alongside your salary, even during the probation period.

• Commitment: We are looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum duration of 6 months. Please apply only if you are ready for a long-term association with dedication.
