Job Title: Telecaller (B2B Sales & Lead Generation)

Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling IndiaMART inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from IndiaMART leads

Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into orders

Generate new leads through calling and online platforms

Maintain customer database and update daily reports

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of IndiaMART handling

Experience in telecalling / B2B sales preferred

Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
