Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making high-volume calls to new, existing, or potential customers to introduce products, services, or promotions.
Inbound Call Handling: Receiving incoming calls to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information.
Lead Generation & Sales: Persuading prospective customers to make a purchase, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.
Data Management & Recording: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and feedback in the database or CRM system.
Following Up: Re-connecting with prospects or existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as call volume, conversation duration, and conversion rates.
Customer Service: Addressing complaints, grievances, and queries in a professional and courteous manner.

The minimum qualification for this role is intermediate and 0 - 6 months . Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
