Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generator (Part-Time, Side Income, Unlimited Earning)

Salary: ₹1,000/month (fixed) + 50% Revenue Share Per Sale (Uncapped, No Limit)

Job Summary:
You are not a salesman. You are the door opener. We hand you a list of local business owners. You make simple calls, ask one friendly question to gauge interest, and pass the warm contacts to our expert closing team. When that business owner buys our product, you get 50% of the revenue we receive — straight into your account. No technical knowledge needed. No follow-ups. No money handling. Just pure, high-ticket commission, working whenever you want.

What You Will Do:

• Dial numbers from a pre-loaded list of 100 businesses we share daily via WhatsApp/Sheet.

• Read a short, fixed script that checks if they are open to a business solution (5 minutes training).

• Note the response (Interested / Not Interested / Call Later) in a simple tracker.

• Transfer "Interested" business owners' details to our team. Your job ends there.

• Make 50 to 100 calls a day — at your own pace, from anywhere.

How You Earn (The Property-Agent Model):

• You receive 50% of the total purchase value from every business owner you shortlist who ends up buying our product.

• Our average order value (AOV) currently sits around ₹10,000. This means that typically, one successful handover from you results in approximately ₹5,000 in your pocket.

• This is purely an illustration based on current averages — not a fixed promise per sale. Your commission is always exactly half of what we earn from that specific client.

• There is no small token, no trial pay — you earn big only when a transaction happens, and you get paid within 24 hours of deal closure.

Real Earning Projection (Based on Ongoing Results):
If you dial 50–100 calls a day consistently over a month, you will pass multiple warm leads to our closure team. Even a modest conversion rate — paired with our average order value — has multiple partners consistently crossing ₹1,00,000+ per month in commission. There is absolutely no upper limit. If you unleash your dialing capacity, your income scales boundlessly.

Who Should Apply Immediately:

• Credit card sales agents, insurance telecallers, loan DSAs, field survey reps — anyone who can handle quick calls and a simple "no".

• Freshers, homemakers, retired professionals with clear spoken Hindi/regional language and basic phone courtesy.

• No minimum education qualification. If you can speak clearly and use WhatsApp, you're eligible.
