Lead Generation & Outbound Calling

• Make high-volume daily outbound calls (typically 150–200 calls) to prospective student and traveler leads.

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated from digital marketing campaigns and website forms.

• Connect with new leads, build rapport, and maintain ongoing communication via phone calls and WhatsApp.

Profile Assessment & Advising

• Understand the student's or traveler's background, academic goals, preferred destination country, budget, and desired course or travel package.

• Qualify leads by evaluating their eligibility and matching their goals with the consultancy's offerings.

• Provide basic preliminary information regarding international universities, admission timelines, visa application basics, or travel itineraries.

Appointment Scheduling & Handovers

• Convert warm leads into formal consultation appointments with senior education counselors or travel experts.

• Coordinate smoothly with the internal counseling and application processing teams for successful lead handovers.

• Send reminders and follow-up updates to ensure high attendance rates for scheduled counseling sessions.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain clean, detailed, and accurate notes of all customer interactions and lead statuses using the company's CRM System or spreadsheet logs.

• Track follow-up schedules rigorously to prevent potential student or client inquiries from slipping through the cracks.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks set around call volume, connected calls, and appointment conversion rates
