## ## Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-centric **Motor Insurance Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our automotive insurance segment, helping clients secure their vehicles with the best possible coverage. You will manage the end-to-end advisory and sales process, building long-term relationships with individual car owners, dealerships, and corporate clients.

## ## Key Responsibilities

* **Consultative Advisory:** Analyze client needs to recommend optimal car insurance policies (comprehensive, third-party, add-on covers like zero-depreciation, engine protection, etc.).

* **Sales & Relationship Management:** Source new business leads and maintain deep relationships with existing clients, car dealerships, and automotive partners.

* **Renewals Management:** Proactively track and manage policy renewals to ensure high client retention rates.

* **Claims Assistance:** Act as a supportive liaison between the customer and the claims team during accidents or theft, ensuring a smooth, stress-free settlement process.

* **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on motor insurance regulations, tariff structures, and competitor offerings to maintain an advisory edge.

## ## What We Are Looking For

* **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of proven experience in motor/car insurance sales or underwriting.

* **Domain Knowledge:** Deep understanding of private and commercial vehicle insurance, including No Claim Bonus (NCB) structures, IDV (Insured Declared Value) calculation, and standard add-ons.

* **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex legal policy terms in simple language to clients.

* **Traits:** Strong negotiation skills, high empathy for clients dealing with accidents/stressful situations, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Insurance certifications are a huge plus).
